Henry Blooms Bio-Fermented Papaya Pomegranate Liquid Probiotic Gummies Recipe

I recently came across these awesome Henry Blooms Bio-fermented Liquids and thought they were such a good idea!

I’ve shared the health benefits of Papaya previously, so decided to try out the papaya version as a super convenient way to get the goodness they provide! In the range they also have Coconut Water, Lychee Iced Tea, Hemp, Olive Leaf, Red Rice Yeast, Wheatgrass and Turmeric – all of which I intend to also try!

As well as the goodness that each ingredient normally provides, the drinks are also enriched with probiotics and fermented with over 6 billion CFUs of good bacteria per serve! Plus they’re also 99% sugar free and also contain enzymes, B Vitamins and Omega-3 acids! So they’re great for gut and overall health.

There’s so many ways you can easily try – add to your smoothies, make mocktails (the lychee one would be AMAZING for that!) etc, but decided to first try out by making some super gut friendly gummies!

How to make gut friendly gummies:

  1. Combine with some natural gelatin, remembering that as this is a liquid this will replace the water liquid ratio required, and follow the instructions on the packet. Generally the first step is to “bloom” the mixture in cold water, which is where in this case I added the Henry Blooms liquid.
  2. Next, add the hot water and mix again
  3. Then, simply pop into a mould and refrigerate until set. Then you can enjoy some yummy treats which taste like lollies but are SO good for you!
