I’d been wanting to try out bubble tea, as it’s so popular at the moment. I thought it would be harder for me to find a dairy free version, it would most likely be loaded with sugar and as I’d most likely choose a matcha option that I should probably just make a healthier version myself.
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Matcha Maiden organic matcha powder
- 1 scoop Nutrakey Whey Optima in Vanilla Ice Cream Cookie (plus you can use SOPHIE10 for 10% off)
- 1 tsp maca
- 1 tsp greens powder
- 1 scoop resistant starch
- The easiest recipe of all: simply but in a blender (I’m using the BlendJet portable one in this video) and blend!
