I’m a big believer that healthy food doesn’t need to be boring, so I’m always on the lookout for new healthy recipes to try. Instagram is always full of drool worthy ideas, and so I decided to recreate a yoghurt parfait, adding in extra protein too.
Ingredients:
- 1 small tub unflavoured Chobani greek yoghurt
- 1/2 scoop protein powder (I used EHP Labs Oxywhey in Strawberry Milkshake – my favourite! And don’t forget to use SOPHIE10 in the ASN store for a discount!)
- Currant and berry muesli
- Organic quinoa flakes
- Dried mango
- Fresh raspberries
- Goji berries
To make:
- Combined yoghurt and protein powder of your choice in a bowl (yes – I know Chobani is already high in protein, but I wanted the strawberry flavour and additional protein boost)
- Then, simply layer in a bowl (or Instagram worthy glass like I did), using whichever toppings you like.
- Enjoy!
