Ice cream for breakfast?! When it’s all natural frozen yoghurt then yesss! I blended up a batch of this protein boosted frozen yoghurt last night and came home to enjoy after my fasted cardio in this surprisingly sunny Melbourne morning.
So easy to make – this is perfect for people who love ice cream but without the extra sugar and calories. All you need to do is blend the ingredients in a good processor and then put in a container to freeze (I find longer/flatter containers work best).
Ingredients:
- Natural Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt also works well too as a dairy free alternative)
- Frozen cherries
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp cacao
